I just received 3 windows of my 21 window order after making arrangements to be available.
Terrible service and no communication after a $8700 order. Do not use Home Depot for anything other than light bulbs and maybe paint. This is not a full service supplier.
I am very unhappy with my Andersen window ordering experience. I was pushed into making a decision to hit a special program deadline and then told I was not able to make a change in my order the next day. I called several times and was not able to get any tracking information on my order. I then received a production notice a few weeks later letting me know my order was in production. This seems to indicate that my order could have been changed to my liking after the mill work manager said it was locked in.
The employees here are incredibly rude. I went to get paint and asked the woman in the paint section a question because I wanted to know if enamel or semi gloss was a better option and she gave me the worst attitude. Then she just walked away in the middle of helping me and helped another customer so I never even got my paint. And when I asked someone else to help me find something they said it's over somewhere on that side of the store. Umm real helpful buddy. I'll start going to Lowe's.
Very honest clerk. I requested cash back at checkout, forgot to take it, but was able to show receipt and get money back.
Stephanie DeLaurentis was incredibly helpful in assisting me with my home project. I have revisited home depot again to thank her personally. I expect to visit your store to get help with my next project. I'm excited about accomplishing projects that I never had confidence in doing myself.
Employee was very nice and knew exactly where products were. I was in and out in 10 mins. I will continue to shop there.
