Worst service ever for delivery. 4 phone calls between 2pm-4:30pm and Todd the manager will not return the calls about 1-the late delivery, 2-sending the wrong oven/stove, and 3-the touch screen face on the washer is ruined because their protective tape when removed, pulled part of the black coloring off.
Had an item I needed but the only one left was opened and possibly not perfect. The customer service person I spoke with made the deal right...and did so on the spot. Left feeling good about this store and their level of customer service...
What is the lemon law for a company not being able to deliver what they promised???
If not financially compensated, the corporate office and board of directors will be getting letters next.
The employees are trying to find the correct item but tried pawning off the incorrect one to us instead since they sent the wrong one.
We're going to the corporate office for assistance now.
Still prefer Lowe's over Home Depot. Warrington store isn't as new as Montgomeryville store which seems to have a better selection of stock. The lighting is poor at Warrington store which doesn't make the stock as appealing. Needed something in applicance dept, there was only one sales associate there who was waiting on someone already. Couldn't find anyone to wait on me so had to leave.
Cannot believe Todd, the manager does not care enough to return our calls.
Now Keith left a voicemail in the evening saying they aren't responsible and we have to go to the manufacturer to replace the touchscreen that the protective tape damaged when removed.
Great location. Staff is friendly and helpful. Large selection, decent prices. I will continue to shop here.
New delivery just came with the correct range and the entire back of it was smashed/dented in top to bottom.
Spent hours confirming with associates from store and corporate that the piece of equipment I was going to purchase was in stock. They made me order different pieces from different locations in order to get it all same day. We ordered from two locations. They are now telling me that I have to wait a week to pick it up....and drive an hour after all the inconveniences to get it. Not only is Lowe's substandard to Home Depot, but they are also very disorganized. Very disappointed. Would not have purchased from Lowe's but they are the exclusive provider to this equipment. For such a big box store, please get it together. Home Depot for the win.
I'll make sure to start calling the corporate office and email the board of directors Monday. I will also be calling the news networks.

Ordered 3 appliance. 1 had to be refused because it was the wrong color so they had to re-special order a white stove. One had defects that Lowes refused to take responsibility for the defect so we had to contact the manufacturer to fix the issue.
Now more calls to Lowe's with not one phone call returned by a manager. Spoke with Sean who said he would have a manager call us back. It's been 4 weeks with 2 bad oven/stoves delivered. Obviously the employees do not inspect special order items when the come in before delivering to customer.
