That’s said, my experience with David Ryan at Audi Warrington was all I could have asked for. You see, I live in COLORADO and the vehicle I bought was there in PENNSYLVANIA! I found it on line through a national web site and decided the deal offered was decent enough to 1. Purchase the vehicle site unseen, and 2. Pay to have it shipped to CO.

Use and trust David Ryan at Audi Warrinton.

Had a great experience at Audi Warrington. My salesmen Rob Strouse was very friendly, helpful and honest. He even came in on his day off to help me seal the deal. I highly recommend this dealership and ask for Rob.

The vehicle just showed up late tonight. I’m excited to look at it in the daylight and take it for a “test drive.”

Just purchased a new 50k plus Audi from this dealership and found yellow road line paint under it a few days later. When the salesman called to ask how things were going with the car, I told him that I found the yellow paint on the underside of my car when I was wiping it down, and that I was sure I didn't drive through any in the last 48 hours of actually owning it. He stated he would see if the Audi sales manager would allow him to have the small areas detailed to take care to of it and we hung up. Well... When the salesman called back... He pretty much told me it was my fault!??? (which they have no idea of) and that I would need to pay to have it detailed! This car was test driven on Rt 611 where there has been a ton of road construction and is also where the dealership is located. This comes down to pure and simple - take care of the customer, which they clearly don't want to do. I expect to be treated like a high end Audi customer and not like I'm buying a used car off a cheap lot. This dealership could do much better on so many levels. I would suggest if you want real luxury Audi car service to go elsewhere. Sad...

I purchased a Used VW Jetta two weeks ago. It was a Christmas present for my son. His first car. I got it at Sloane Porsche & Audi, thinking they were an honest reputable dealer. It had a brand new Inspection & I received a 90 warranty. It stopped working after two weeks & a few hundred miles. At first they refused to even look at the car to see if it could be fixed, stating that they were not able to service Volkswagens. They said they only service Audi’s & Porsche’s. So I had it towed to Bean’s Volkswagen. After a few days the salesman, Michael Kaplan, called & said they wanted to work with me & give me the parts at cost & give me a break on labor. The clutch went bad & that is supposedly not covered under their warranty. He asked me to have it towed in the day after Christmas. Then he gave me a call back a few days later & said they could do nothing for me. They sold me a car they knew was no good. A $2500 repair & I can’t afford it. My son is so upset & does not understand. We bought it two weeks ago. Yes. I don’t get it either. An offer from the salesman to work with me, then a retraction. Sloane Audi & Porsche are crooks. My next step is to contact the Consumer Protection Agency & CBS on your side to expose this unscrupulous dealership. Lastly, I noticed the manager responds to bad reviews stating they want to make things right. Well I tried & this is a false response to make potential customers think that they will resolve the problem. Second review I’ve ever written. At this point, I will do everything in my power to fight injustice in my local business community.

My wife and myself are extremely satisfied with the service we received at your dealership. Bill and Mike were exceptional!!! My wife came home telling me how comfortable she felt and how all the staff treated her with much respect! We have had bad experiences before at other dealerships and we are both relived and confidant to come back to see you guys for all of our Audi needs! Thank you for your hospitality and we look forward to coming back again!

Throughout the entire process, Dave went above and beyond to answer a host of questions, conduct extra FaceTime video calls re the vehicle, rush to get me paperwork necessary to complete the sale timely, coordinated with my shipping company and even followed up again after the sale to see if the vehicle had arrived as it should have. A Professional in every sense of the word.

This is the first review I have ever written publicly. Honestly, and it may sound selfish, traditionally I don’t want to take my time to write them and I just don’t care enough to!
