I see other reviewers complaining about the length of time, I've had massages in many establishments all over the place. Most of them charge you for an hour, but only provide a 45-55 minute massage. This is a fairly standard practice. Their prices are fair, and the member prices are excellent!
I have yet to have a mediocre, let alone bad, experience here. The staff is always friendly and quick to help with any questions or concerns. I have not had a bad massage here, either.

I am a massage guru. I am constantly looking for the best massage for the best value. I decided to give this place a try, after recommendations from several friends. I found the best massage at the best price at Massage Envy. I feel so welcomed by the girls at the front desk and my massage therapist really listens to my needs. I am an athlete and I really need my legs worked on. This is the only place I have found that truly customizes their massages to meet the client's needs. I always leave feeling so much better! I am now a member and am thrilled that I signed up! You should give this place a try...you won't be disappointed!
Just came in for a sheduled 1:30 massage. Was told that the therapist I had scheduled with had called out and that they had tried to contact me. The front desk girl then proceeded to ask if I wanted to schedule a facial for later today. Mind you, I had made it very clear that I was to be set up with a therapist for a DEEP TISSUE MASSAGE?! a facial?? Really? Do yourself a favor and go to another location, like I told the desk girl I'm going to do.
