WORST CHIPOTLE! I love chipotle and their food, unfortunately the only restaurant near me has horrible staff. I order from here pretty often, mostly through online ordering, and 99% of the time my order is wrong or missing something. The bowls contain barely any chicken when I order and PAY for extra chicken. I know it seems silly to be mad over something so simple, but it becomes frustrating when it consistently happens and I'm paying more for something I am not getting. I'm sure I am not the only one with this experience.
The food here has been consistently enjoyable, the restaurant itself appears clean and well run. My only complaint is the staff. While some of the employees are pleasant and appreciative, often those preparing the food are downright miserable. Everyone is entitled to a bad day, but I've received the same poor attitudes several times in a row, and it's made me shy away from coming in to eat when I otherwise would. I place my orders clearly and politely, and haven't had any issues with accuracy, but the staff couldn't act any more annoyed or hurried if they tried, and I'm typically the only person in line.

I love chipotle, but I think I'd rather wait for the Warminster location to open and try my luck there. It's uncomfortable when ordering food is treated like such an imposition.
Food was mediocre at best. Tasted pretty blan. I'm here now, actually. I'm not too familiar with Mexican food/grills so this is the first time I've been here. I felt super rushed when it was my turn to order and when I was being asked question, I couldn't hear the employee (probably because of the 3ft glass in front of me) she clearly expressed how she felt that I asked what she was saying ( it was a very negative "really.." expression. Picture that in your head. That's exactly how it was ). On top of that, I told her I wanted a chicken burrito the first time, she asked again, and then she asked again for the third time. That was pretty annoying. So much for a first impression. Hopefully the Warminster one opens faster.
