I just loved it stay here for 7 year fun
A noisy party at the community room again. Music so loud our our den is vibrating. We are on an upper floor on the opposite side of the bldg. We called the police and it got quieter briefly. Parking lot looks like a bar. Tenants have no rights when it comes to noise. After 10pm then you do. Sorry I live here.
I've lived here for 3 years and recommend it. The staff here do their best, within reason, to keep the tenants happy. Most of the complaints I hear about from other tenants are things the staff can do nothing about, like the behavior of other tenants. The rent here is high compared to some other more rural areas, but is consistent for this location. If you are looking to live in Lower Bucks, I suggest checking out this complex.

The reason why I give it a three stars, Its because of the increases I've encountered. The past two years I've had two 50.00 increases. I've never been late with payments, we've kept this apartment showroom clean and have talked to the property manager about these increases, and from my understanding from speaking to the long term tenants they said the management before this management had compassion and understanding about issues such as increases in rent and were willing to work with the tenants, now I realize why this property manager is not liked. I understand she needs to earn her paycheck wether she gets a bonus for tenants who except the increases but at this rate people are going to move out and the sad part of it the good tenants moving out. I will not refer anyone who's asking or thinking about moving to look into Westminster.
