This is a great store. The staff is wonderful and helpful. The grooming service is great. Staff is knowledgable and professional. Pricing is good. They also have a do it your self pet washing station. This store is definetly my pet store of choice.
Employees truly love animals and actually know what they're talking about. And to that one person who said they're homophobic, that's utterly untrue, some of the employees are gay themselves
Gave me an appointment on a moment's notice which was unexpected but very appreciated. LOVE my freshly groomed pup with trimmed nails. Elsa was returned to me a lovely smelling & happy girl within an hour. Now my husband doesn't mind when our sweet fluffy girl cuddles up on the couch with him. At least for a little while. I will ask for a menu of services the next time I go but I believe it was reasonably priced at $40 and well done.
Nice place, good selection, and the pet wash is awesome. They have a 5 wash special from time to time... great deal!
