Do NOT come to this location if you would like good service or your food to be correct. I cannot say this for the waiting dine-in service, but my food has been wrong almost every time I've ordered take out from here. Last week I ordered a few small orders of wings. When I got home I realized one of the orders had absolutely no sauce and we ordered extra. This is on top of every week or two getting our carrots and celery forgotten, our bottle of sauce we paid $6 for left out, and having wings that have hardly any sauce on them.
Tonight I ordered three small orders of wings. It took me waiting 20 minutes inside on top of the 20 minutes prior we placed the order. When I walked in it took a few minutes for anyone to even acknowledge I was there. Once I finally got my order I went out to the car to check them (being that somethings always wrong). One of the orders has slim to no sauce on them. So I go inside and ask for a side of the sauce. The woman comes out after a few minutes and hands it to me. It ends up being the complete wrong sauce which I did not notice until I got home. I honestly do not know if I will ever waste my time ordering from this place again.
However, the food was just okay. My boneless wings were hard and not very good. The choices of dipping sauces is great but some of them just didn't taste quality. I had the nachos with the chili, cheese and salsa. The cheese sauce was straight up Velveeta cheese which I feel is lame. But I know some people might like that.
I'm surprised at the bad reviews this location gets. I've been here numerous times and the service has always been prompt and courteous, and the food prepared in a reasonable time. The wings, like I've seen others say, are meaty and perfectly prepared. I usually get the Asian Zing sauce which is excellent.
My kids really like it here and we enjoyed ourselves but the price and quality of the food really lacks. My son's burger was dry and my husband got the philly cheese steak where the meat was low quality and served on a hot dog roll.
Buffalo Wild Wings have excellent wings. It's also a great place to watch a game, eat good food with beer if someone else is driving. If you're driving, the soda is good. My daughter celebrated her birthday by ordering food at B-,Dubs and they included a crown and birthday wishes.
The wings at this place are very good. Always have me craving them, and unlike a lot of places they are meaty and fulfilling. That is the only reason this review has gotten two stars.
The service that I have received since I moved here has been amazing. Today my server Pat was awesome and hilarious. He was welcoming, quick and attentive. Cindy the manager was pleasant as well!!!
Our service was amazing!! Our waitress was nice and really went over and beyond to make us have a nice experience. She was always checking on us, refilling our drinks and asking us if we want to try out more sauces. The atmosphere of the entire restaurant is great also. Love the multiple games playing on the TVs. There is excitement as the games are playing which makes it just a little more fun.
