The man swore he recognized my voice over the phone and said I bought Groupon there before which I don't remember doing even. He refused service and was very rude. I asked for a refund and he says i need to give a a friend, I would never tell a friend to go there after his rudeness. I even called back and explained that Groupon says it can repurchased every 30 days even though I don't recall ever being there in the first place. Horrible horrible man and Place!!! Stay away

I read awful reviews and I’ll admit I was terrified to come here but I had a Groupon I didn’t want to go to waste so I chanced it. I’m so glad I did. Yes this place is small. It was just me so it was cozy. Yes it’s a couple that owns and runs it. But it was just me so no wait. Lisa, the wife is a sweetheart. She was my nail tech. She was extremely detailed and meticulous with my mani/pedi which I appreciated. Yes the cut corners and are savey on spending so they use newspaper when they pull off the dead skin from your feet. But after that process it’s on a clean towel you go. Yes she rubbed my legs and feet with lotion so Im sorry if other reviewers didn’t get this service. It was a regular pedi so it wasn’t super long but just enough to get the job done. Yes they Lysol and disinfect thier pedicure tubs. I watched them do it after I was done. Thier tools came out of a Sterilization machine. They out the Tv for me. Yes it was YouTube but it was America’s got talent. I don’t have cable so it was nice to watch talent I have never seen before. It was no silent. Lisa and I talked together the whole time. I learned all about how long they have been doing this. Where they ran business and how much they desire to be small yet cozy and cheaper than anyone else. She told me to come bsck for gel nail and regular pedi for $26. Where else can you find a deal like that! And she gave me a loyalty card which will only give me more of a discount in the future. I went it a bit scared but then I lowered my expectations and told myself that I don’t need all the fluff. If the job is done right and practically perfect then who cares if the place is small and not fancy. Some of the best Mexican food I eat sones from the whole in the wall joint down town. I’ve been to fancy nail places and dipped on free margaritas and had to go home and fix the job because the nail tech stunk. This place may be humble but I’ll go no where else. They were so sweet and they know what their doing with nails even if some reviewers have found them rough around the edges. I don’t need bedside manner and fancy iridescent lighting. I want a good job that last. Lisa accomplished that and to me, that’s a place I want to return.

Filthy. I was the only person in there and was treated so awful. I felt uncomfortable. He used newspaper to dry my foot. I told him I was leaving and he wouldn't let me leave and screamed at me and called the cops claiming I wouldn't pay. I am so shaken up. No services were performed other than him barely clipping a toenail. Please do not make the same mistake I made and go there.

Where to start? First, Groupon is wonderful, just not on manicures deals. I see why PA nails needs Groupon. I walked in and I could tell they didn't want me in there. After being ignored for 45 minutes, due to the 2 customers that were there, I had a simple question about polish and was told I need an appointment. This place is badly located, these Asians are prejudiced and rude. I'll just pay my $50 in the hood and get good service and my money's worth. No more being cheap. I reported them to Groupon.

If I could give zero stars I would. To start out there are only 2 workers so if you don't have an appointment you basically have to wait an hour for your services to begin. Second I had the WORST pedicure ever my legs were smacked around a little instead of bring thoroughly massaged, the massage chairs did not work it was not a relaxing environment. Third while finishing up my gel manicure I glanced over and realized the sanitizing box was turned off!!!! Meaning the tools they use are not being sanitized, my fingers are still sore and swollen hoping all is well and there is no bacteria. And finally I have had my manicure for 4 days and my gel is completely off!
