I called store on 3/15/ 17 around 12:45 pm to see if a product was in stock. The person who answered the call was very willing to help. He searched for the information quickly, told me when the product would be available and offered detailed information on other options. I was impressed with his enthusiastic and professional approach to customer service.
Hey, just went to Staple's. Everytime I go there it is an experience. The prices at the register are not the same as out on the floor. It was like I had to give the prices to them, but only after I questioned the total. It went from $72 to $40. Wasted my time and the people waiting. Also, don't try to take a cart in the parking lot. It needs to be resurfaced before somebody gets hurt. Just being honest!

Place is trash, sales stickers didn’t come up when I checked out, got told my $100 bill was fake cause their trash machine they put it through kept saying it failed and finally after 20 attempts it worked then to top it off, I was given $4 in quarters like who tf wants 4$ in quarters, I’ll tell you, no one so don’t give me that shit lol especially after you tried to tell me my 100$ bill was fake foh. Never made a bad review in my life until now, this was ridiculous. Avoid this shit like the plague homies, stay humble.
Needed something printed and laminated, brought it in at 10am, went back at 6pm not ready (I was ok with that), said it would be ready at 830. Went back at 830 and it was at the same point it was when I left at 600 the guy behind the counter was shaking saying that they had rush orders and mine did not get completed. Very disorganized and unprofessional, I was about 1 hour driving and it won't be ready for when I needed it. I will find another place when I need something in the future.... Maybe OfficeMax can offer better service. I don't blame the guy behind the counter, I think he might have been new, where's the leadership from the management team.
