Sticky, humid restaurant at 6pm. It was just starting to cool down when we left at 7:30pm.salad bar was ok but romaine lettuce bib had lots of old brown spines of lettuce which i picked through to find fresh. When i left the salad bar line the boy mixed it back in instead of removing it, nice. The 'chicken adder' to my salad was a small bit of cold chicken on top of a big wad of shredded lettuce. My husband's stead adder was the same small portion of protein bulked up to look like more with a big bed of lettuce. Bacon cheeseburger was liked by our teen, who left the french fries. Overall a 'meh' meal. Won't be back anytime soon.
The staff was welcoming, anticipating our needs and checked to see how we were the whole time. The food was hot and delicious. Well pleased. WELL DONE.
Well, my rating is still the same. This place is the pits. Dirty, had an oder when we entered and the qualify of our meals was sub-par. How do you serve burnt mash potatoes. Again, a no return for me. Hey I tried... again!!!
My family truly enjoys this place. The food is great and the staff has always been outstanding. I find that at many restaurants the food is too spicy for me, but not here! We've never had a bad experience here, and we've gone often over the years.
Very disappointed!!! We have eaten here many times as we are locals without complaint. Usually good service and decent food. However, when we walked in on Monday night around 7:30 for dinner, no one was at or near the host/hostess stand to greet us. We waited a couple of minutes and still no one walked over to seat us. A few other customers were in the dining area and around the bar. The staff were in the right back corner sitting/standing around. I made eye contact with one of them and still no one came over. I was shocked. My husband was upset and said "I guess they don't want our business." We left and ate across the street and we were greeted and seated right away. It was my birthday and I am part of the rewards at Ruby Tuesday's. We originally chose Ruby Tuesday's because my husband wanted something other than a burger that night. Thanks for ignoring us on my birthday. I'll have to think about whether I'll come back or not. Lots of other places to eat in the area.
