Staff are in great need of professionalism. My latte today was more water than anything else. Servers are not well trained and experienced.
I love Panera for their calm environment (i.e. background music), good eats, friendly and accommodating staff. My only request would be to make the bagels larger.
They are awesome. This was actually my first time here and had no idea what to order. I ended up not liking my salad. They had no problem changing and personalizing my order to something that i absolutely loved.
Same guy was walking around in dining area, watching over customers !
The food was okay but the store manager (Asst. Manager ?) was clueless. We were there Sunday July 30 and I had a question about my order. I discussed it with her and it was like talking to a wall. The other customers in line tried to make sense with what she was trying to say but all we could do is roll our eyes in disbelief. Even the cashier had to laugh. I think I'll avoid that Panera's for a while.
After request, guy at the counter rudely asked "what do you need"
